The EKI-1300/1500 series Device Servers are a drop-in solution to add

ADAM-4570
& ADAM-4571 ModulesThe ADAM-4570 & 71 are Ethernet to RS/232/485/422 converters.
This means that the controlling software resides on the Ethernet host PC.
The modules come with a port mapping utility which allows the serial ports on
the ADAM-4570/71 to be mapped as a COM port in the host PC, i.e in device manager,
under ports, it will list the ports as com ports.
The utility runs on Windows operating systems.
