Within the first 30 days of your purchase, the Monitor has an exclusive 30-day
Money-Back Guarantee from
manufacturing defect, which includes any single
dead pixel. Thereafter the following applies.
2. Any 3 x Dead or 3 x Bright
pixels in a cluster, the monitor is deemed faulty
3. Any 5 x Dead Scattered
pixels, the monitor is deemed faulty
4. Any 5 x Dead or Bright pixels combined,
the monitor is deemed faulty
5. In processing an Onsite Warranty claim, the
end user must contact our Customer Service Department on 1300 66 33
18, who
will coordinate the warranty process directly.
6. The CMV range of Monitors
come with standard 3 Years On Site Warranty.
7. Please note. The CT-723 has
a 0 Dead Pixel Warranty Policy. Part of the above may not apply.
