5 year battery life
The Disklog fulfils the majority of time temperature logging applications for food storage and transportation, or any other measurement in the range of the instrument.
It is very economical, virtually indestructible and small enough to be easily attached to the product. Recording can start after a programmable delay, and memory can roll (if required) when full.
Accuracy is ±1°C and resolution 0.5°C over most of the range.
Absolute maximum operating & storage temperature: -40° to +85°C
(optional -5 to 25°C range, 0.125°C resolution)
Complies with new legislation for accuracy
Records full temperature history
Reports dates and periods in alarm condition
Unbreakable/re-usable/easily identified
Easy to use - low cost entry to logging
The logger is the small module in the centre (dia 17mm), which is attached
to a disk.
Overall diameter of the disk is 65mm, 3mm thick
Data is unloaded from the logger to a PC by running the PC software, and
putting the logger into the Interface unit which has an RS232 or USB connection
for the PC. See EC-DISKLOG-INTSOF and EC-DISKLOG-INTSUSB below.
The interface has a built-in unlock code in a dongle. Picture
of the interface
The software can be used 8 times before the unlock code is required.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a systematic preventive approach to food safety and pharmaceutical safety that addresses physical, chemical, and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection.
For details see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HACCP
There is no such thing as HACCAP accreditation or approval for specific equipment.
If applicable, please check the HACCAP manual to see what specifications are
appropriate for your application.
