SterilCyl Radio and PasteurCyl Radio Loggers

There are some production processes that can be highly improved with a real time monitoring of temperature.
Cables and complicated installations of equipment usually make these systems not so easy to use and too expensive. zkez

With the SterilCyl Radio (140°C) and PasteurCyl Radio (100°C) dataloggers the problem is solved: compact,
tough, food grade and with several different probes, allow the real time monitoring of temperature and, therefore, for processes like pasteurisation, food cooking and sterilisation.

Applications:
- temperature monitoring in autoclaves for sterilisation;
- temperature monitoring in pasteurisation tunnels;
- temperature monitoring directly in contact with the food and liquid;
- temperature monitoring during meat and ham cooking.

Features:
- high accuracy and precision, food grade, with Probes of different size, waterproof;
- printed reports for health regulations and ISO compliance;
- radio transmission of data, no installation required
- F0 and PU (Pasteurization units) calculation in real time;
- no need to open the device for PC connection.

Available external Probes:
- minimum: 3 mm diameter, 20 mm length;
- standard (probe): 3 mm diameter, 125 mm length;
- on demand: 3 mm diameter, from 21 to 1000 mm length.

The System
The system is made up by:
- SterilCyl Radio or PasteurCyl Radio temperature datalogger;
- DiskInterface with adapter;
- USB Radio Receiver;
- SPD software.

The SterilCyl Radio and the PasteurCyl Radio are available in the Probe version,
with external sensor in food grade material too (Probe can be ordered minimum, standard or on demand).
Both dataloggers are provided with a calibration certificate SIT traceable (SIT equivalent to US NIST).
