ADLINK USB DAQ modules
ADLINK USB DAQ modules leverage the expertise of ADLINK’s analog design capability, enhancing convenience of data acquisition. Simply plug the ADLINK USB DAQ into a USB port on your computer or notebook for performance equaling or even exceeding that of ADLINK PCI/PCIe DAQ cards, with no need to power down or open the chassis. As well as providing basic voltage measurement, ADLINK USB DAQ modules feature built-in signal conditioning to directly receive measurement from most commonly used sensors, with no need for extra signal processing. USB-4620-AE
With 5 USB 2.0 ports, USB-4620 enhances its isolation protection to 3,000 VDC for each downstream port, making every USB device connected with USB-4620 could operate independently and safely. Designed for industrial applications, USB-4620 is able to be mounted through several types, such as DIN-rail mounting, wall mount, and VESA mount. Other than that, USB-4620 is equipped with lockable USB connectors and screw holes, allowing each device to be connected firmly with USB-4620. Though the standard USB cable is made for easy plugging and removing, it is critical to have reliable connections while operating for automation control and online production applications.

USB-4622-CE
USB-4622 is a USB 2.0 hub capable of connecting at most 5 USB salve modules. It supports the USB 2.0 high-speed mode that can achieve 480Mbps data transmitting rate, realizing the USB-4700 series’ high performance for heavy-loaded applications. The Advantech’s unique lockable cable design secures the slave module connections, preventing the cable from being unplugged accidently.

USB-5801 is a high accuracy dynamic signal acquisition USB 3.0 module specifically designed for vibration and acoustic measurements. It provides four simultaneously sampled, 24-bit, IEPE sensor inputs with up to 192 kS/s sample rate for high resolution measurements. It is also equipped with two 24-bit analog outputs with up to 192 kS/s update rate. In addition, it has two tachometer inputs whose data can be correlated to the sensor data. USB-2405
The USB-2405 is a 24-bit high-performance dynamic signal acquisition USB module equipped with 4 analog input channels providing simultaneous-sampling at up to 128 kS/s per channel. The USB-2405 also features software selectable AC or DC coupling input configuration and built-in high precision 2 mA excitation current to measure integrated electronic piezoelectric (IEPE) sensors such as accelerometers and microphones.
The USB-2405 delivers high precision, DC and dynamic measurement performance with very low temperature drift. The onboard 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC supports anti-aliasing filtering, suppressing modulator and signal out-of-band noise and providing usable signal bandwidth of the Nyquist rate, making it ideal for high dynamic range signal measurement in vibration and acoustic applications.
The USB-2405 supports digital and analog trigger sources and flexible trigger modes, including post, delay, middle, gated, and pre-triggering for efficient data acquisition with no need for post-processing. The USB-2405 is USB bus powered and equipped with BNC connectors and removable spring terminals for easy device connectivity.
