Advantech’s new UTC-300I series of multi-purpose all-in-one (AiO) touchscreen computers are engineered with 11th Generation Intel® Core™ processors for increased performance.
Equipped with an Intel® Core™ i7-1185G7E, i5-1145G7E or i3-1115G4E processor, the UTC-300I series delivers 23% better CPU performance and 2.95x better graphics performance compared with its predecessor. Leveraging Intel® Total Memory Encryption (TME) technology protects customer credentials, encryption keys, IP and personal information. TME technology explicitly adds hardware-based security to the UTC-300I series, so these AiO computers can securely run IoT edge analytics applications and AI vision recognition.
Inheriting the all-in-one design from the UTC-300 series, the new UTC-315I (15.6-inch), 318I (18.5-inch) and 320I (21.5-inch) touch computer base models come with 8GB of DDR4 memory, one 2230 M.2 E-Key for adding a Wi-Fi/BT module, and one 2242&2280 M.2 M-Key for SATA&NVMe SSD storage expansion.
These AiO computers feature an IP65-rated front bezel and fanless cooling system to facilitate reliable 24/7 operation in harsh environments. VESA or Panel Mount options make the UTC-300I series a perfect solution for shop floor displays, equipment control terminals, and touch control interfaces for intelligent buildings, interactive information displays and kitchen display systems.
Windows 11 IoT Enterprise GAC version ready
UTC-315I, 318I and 320I all support Windows 11 IoT Enterprise GAC (General Availability Channel) and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC (long-term service channel) options. For commercial applications, Windows 11 IoT Enterprise GAC has 3-year servicing support with an annual feature update by Microsoft. Plans for customers who need 10-year servicing support have not yet been announced. Advantech will follow up with Microsoft on the progress, and customers are advised to wait for further information. Expedite performance with 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 processors
Backed by 11th Gen Intel® Core™ embedded platform technology (formerly known as Tiger Lake), the UTC-315I, 318I and 320I are establishing a new paradigm for leading performance with a fanless system structure. These computers support quad-core Intel® Core™ i7-1185G7E 2.60 GHz processors with integrated Intel® Iris® Xe graphics, delivering greater capacity for diverse IoT edge computing, analytics and AI vision recognition. These systems also offer Intel® Core™ i5-1145G7E, Core™ i3-1115G4E, and Celeron 6305E options for commercial and light-industrial applications where a balance between cost and performance is essential.
Options for a lockable DC jack or terminal block
The UTC-315, 318 and 320I offer a range of DC inputs (12~30V) to support different industrial power sources. To meet installation site requirements, customers can upgrade to a lockable DC jack to fasten the DC cable or install a terminal block to adapt their power supply for easy and cost-effective connection.
Unique panel mounting within the UTC AiO family
The devices support both VESA and panel mounting installations. In service environments, the unit can be mounted onto a surface to be an interactive touchscreen, self-service kiosk or kitchen display system (KDS). In non-service environments, the unit can act as a workflow control display for MES and WMS on a shop floor when paired with a swing arm. Alternatively, customers can detach the peripheral frame cover and embed the system into service equipment as a control interface. The unique yet versatile design makes the series flexible for distinct retail/hospitality and industrial applications.
Diverse peripherals available
The UTC-315I, 318I and 320I can be equipped with diverse peripherals, including a camera, magnetic stripe reader, NFC/RFID reader and barcode scanner to augment system functionality. An optional dedicated rear I/O cover protects connectors and cables.
