Return Policy

Many of our products may be returned for credit or refund. However not all products may be returned.

Products that cannot be returned include:

  • Products imported specially to fulfil a customer order
  • Products that we do not normally keep in stock and cannot return to our suppliers
  • Products that are no longer in “as new” condition. When returning a product for credit or refund, the product must be in perfect original condition, with all accessories and packaging as new.
  • Products that have been purchased a long time ago. The time within which products can be returned for credit or refund depends on the particular product, however in general returns within 1 week of purchase can be credited.

Note that a re-stocking fee may apply to returns of some products.
