The extended warranty, increased from two years, covers parts and labour for manufacturing defects across the full unit, including LCD screens.
Why ESIS made this change

A warranty extension only makes commercial sense when the products support it. For CyberVisuell’s industrial range, the reliability data over several years of Australian deployments gave ESIS the confidence to make this the standard rather than an optional extra.
The CyberVisuell product range
- CyberVisuell TBOX fanless industrial PCs are compact, ventilation-free systems with no moving parts, designed for dusty, hot and vibration-prone environments. Models range from low-power embedded processors through to high-performance Core i7 configurations, with wide voltage DC input, multiple serial ports and expansion options.
- CyberVisuell panel PCs are all-in-one industrial computers with built-in LCD touchscreens, full metal construction, IP65-rated front panels and VESA mounting. Screen sizes range from 10.1″ to 23.8″, with resistive or projected capacitive touch options. Processors range from Celeron through to Core i7.
- CyberVisuell CM industrial monitors are panel-mount LCD monitors sharing the same screen specifications and build quality as the PPC range, in a standalone monitor format. Sizes range from 10.1″ to 23.8″, with IP65-rated front panels, all-metal construction, resistive or projected capacitive touch options, and inputs including VGA, DVI and HDMI. An optional 9-36V DC wide-range power input is available for industrial power environments.
What the warranty covers
The three-year warranty is return-to-base (Sydney), covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects. This includes all internal components and LCD screens. As is standard industry practice, the warranty doesn’t cover faults that aren’t caused by manufacturing defects, such as failures from operating outside the product’s rated specifications, installation errors or physical damage. RAM and SSD components pre-installed by ESIS are covered by their own manufacturer warranties, which in most cases are three years or longer.

The three-year warranty applies automatically to all new purchases of CyberVisuell TBOX, PPC and CM products from ESIS. No code or special request is required.
